We did a short notice point redemption BXG SYD WLG just before new year. Our experience mirrored the O P.
It was over an hour after lift off before the hostie bothered to show herself and offer any meal or drink service. I could see them just fluffing around in the front and did not look to be doing anything really. I had to ask for a top up of the drinks and really, I felt a bit awkward about it.
Possibly the poorest J experience I have had.

I’ve been flying fortnightly to AKL and Welly since end of last year and have had great service from the Jetconnect crew. On a mix of J and Y itins.

Great call out to one crew member who over and above assisted a pretty upset single (traveller) mum with a baby. I actually got their name and wrote to QF recommending them for an award.
