Has anyone managed to receive a Tiger enewsletter advising when specials come out. I have enrolled 2 different email addresses and have never received one, I tried to enroll again and it stated alrady enrolled. I have never had a problem receiving booking emails from them. There is no contact details on their web site except fax and post so I sent them a faax and of course no reply.

They come through fine for me. Check your spam filter, etc.

I also have signed up and dont get them either. I usually just check their website on the day after a sale finishes if im hunting fares..

Mine do come through, when there is a good sale on. Tiger newsletters aren't like those of QF JQ and DJ that send them out useless ones once a week or more, that get deleted in 3 seconds or less.

I've tend not to receive emails from Tiger, although the odd random one turns up. As for Jetstar, I usually get their Friday Frenzy emails sometime Saturday. Quite useless really.
