I guess in a few weeks when all the leaves have fallen, the actual park may come into view.

Perhaps the "City View" rooms may at least have a decent Car Park View.

Not saying where but expect many AFFers will know where it is.

Very nice. There was the inaugural AFF cruise a few years ago and we visited Port Lincoln as a port stop. Several went on to the Oyster Farms at Coffin Bay which we also visited last weekend. It is a stunningly beautiful area, and then to the start of the Australian Bight. So good we are going to do a road trip.
