SQ Tips, Trips and Tales

Thought I would provide an update on my success here. I was able to secure 3 tickets
WSI - SIN | SIN - NRT Business Saver for September school holidays '27. (leaving 1 week earlier).

My preference was to get on the A380, but I was out of the country and missed the timing when they released so settled for the A350 out of WSI.

Will be the first business experience for my wife and coincides with a milestone birthday for her, so we are happy with that. Looks like we will pick up a direct flight home with All Nippon Airways in economy using points also so that's a bonus we didn't anticipate.

WSI is quite good for redemptions :)

PJs for medium haul overnight flights of more than 6 hours. And all long haul.

Where does SQ classify SIN-SYD for a day flight? Just medium haul, so no PJs?
Not PJ’s - SQ calls them ‘sleeper suits’!
No doubt they paid someone a lot of S$$$ to tell them ‘PJs’ is such a hoi polloi term.

Bring it on — looking forward to it …and a zip pouch much more useful than those Le Labo flap things that are less usefully repurposed

"plus “selected” medium-haul overnight flights of more than six hours"

So not on day flights to/from Australia and maybe on the night flights.

Silly really!

Just give them out on all flights over 6 hours and raise ticket prices by $5 each if needed, to cover the cost...
