Scharding in Austria on the River Inn which joins the Danube at Passau, Germany on the otherside.

High water marks from the river Inn! The first one you can see the water through the arch, gives you an indication of how high the floods were.

That was a quite unexpected site in Madrid.
To me, at least.

There was 4 of them relocated and gifted to other countries due to helping with relocation when the Aswan high dam was being built.
At: New York, Madrid, Leiden - Netherlands, Turin in Italy.

Great food... Been going there since 2004.

Yesterday’s office, sixth floor of Anzac House, St George’s Terrace, Perth. (RSL administrative offices.) A PERfect morning! The terrace looks over at Government House and gardens across the road, with the Swan River and South Perth beyond. It would make for a wonderful wedding reception venue.

I was in Scharding in June but for a short 2hr river cruise only this time.

I have a supplier in Germany which is 20 min from there so I'm there for a conference usually every 18-24 months
