HMNZS Philomel has pretty sweet views bro, but not open to the public AFAIK.

Devonport Wharf and village has some spec views over the harbour and Auckland City as you'd expect given it's next door to the Navy base.

We use to live in Birkenhead and Northcote Point jetty had great views to the city from under the bridge. Walking to the Birkenhead shops, we had views of the upper harbour and city which is picturesque in itself. Miss that.

Yes, it's very cool! Interesting designs in the other rooms too. Glad I got to see it before my EH membership expires.

Currently in the Ambassador lounge in Changi T2 waiting for our Etihad A380. It is a small lounge but not really busy at 19:44.

Food offerings are limited but ok.There is a small roped off area for F and
Residence pax. Unfortunately the seats shown look better than they feel as they are too upright.

We have an hour before check in so checking out the cool kids at the Manchester runway viewing platform. Lots of geeks here and families having picnics. Lots of tables/benches, viewing platforms etc. It's not my thing but I can appreciate it's their thing. We'll be back tomorrow for the concorde tour

We're here for three nights, as a wind down from all the driving as we've been here since April 29th. The plan was to relax, enjoy the pool and sauna, maybe a massage (for Mr Denali) but the hot tub brings me lots of comfort. I'm still sleeping almost sitting up in bed but I'm sleeping. I'm taking less panadine fortes as well, only at night now

Still can't take a deep breath but I'm feeling better each day.
