If I can get on to them quick enough then neurofen with toast and vegemite works for me. I’m thinking I crave salt and Vit B.Yes! It has to be full strength. I normally don’t touch it but pre migraine it’s the best thing! Post migraine I crave salt.
Mine still has not arrived. It’s dancing around the back of my head, I can feel it under my eyes/ in my cheeks and with an anxious feeling.
