There isn’t any. Kid was sitting. Just a FA power trip.
What these power tripping does is to prevent good people for standing up for what is right. When power is absolute as it’s becoming in aircraft cabins then abuse of power becomes easy.
What about the captain on the flight?

FA on a power trip: "A 2 year old girl won't sit still."
Captain: "We'll go back to the gate. Call airport security."

I posted this the other day, it was about $11K then and before this went viral, it sat about $3K for 3yrs.
The family have since updated with "We can't thank you enough, but any further donations are unnecessary!" and people keep donating! Its now over $40K :D
I keep following this story, Im not a fan of GoFundMe's but this just keeps steam rolling which is so sweet.

‘I believe this message was intended for someone else’

Currently almost $55K (they raised $3K in about 3yrs) Click here to support Prayers for Kaizler organized by Tony Wood
and they seem to be passing on the goodwill
With that in mind, we have a new goal now. There is an adorable little boy that lives in our city named Finn Shafran. He is an avocado-loving, energetic, and intelligent little three-year-old....

Yesterday thanks to a Christmas voucher for the Fringe Festival in Adelaide we went to the Soweto Gospel Choir performance. Just an hour but the most wonderful exhilarating shows I’ve been too. Most of the show was a dedication to Nelson Mandela and the last couple of performances were crowd favourites. The audience stood and danced and clapped to the last few songs except for the final one which was Hallelujah. The songs were performed in one of the African Languages and there was one song in particular where you didn’t understand the language but you were aware of the passion being demonstrated that this song was an extremely important one to them. The last words were spoken in English and it was a song of Freedom.

Some random photos.

This girl could really move. And sing!

Most of the music was just drums and sometimes just the one drum.

Perhaps more drastic measures are required. Before I went to Rwanda & Kenya I received the following warning.

I was talking to my driver about this View attachment 120794 and he said plastic bags used to be known as The National Bird of Rwanda.
So what do you do with your LAGs when leaving.Pull them out and cop a huge fine?
seems a bit over the top to me.

Tried the worm farm bit but the worms are actually quite slow at it. Since dad in law died, less gardening happening, less need for compost.

If you have the space get a proper rodent proof compost bin. We're luck in our council area we can throw all food scraps including bones into our green waste bin. At the end of the week I usually only have a very small bag of actual waste - the rest is recycled or composted

Would do with the new home build in a couple of years but for now, its a PITA to get to the back yard - hence the new build.

Lived here for 20yrs and never once sat in the back yard, enjoying a meal or the sunshine - they built coughpy house designs 50-70yrs ago.

We thought our compost bin was pretty decent but the rats are actually nibbling a hole in it  Found a nest of babies yesterday and trying to work out our next move (I have no intention of killing them myself).

India is not the tidiest country I have been to and the road toll is shocking BUT in parts of our last trip the car radio had to be disengaged so as to lessen the chance of the driver being distraacted and we saw this sign-note first don't

Something like 70% of homes don’t have toilets but over half have mobile phones.

I mentioned that there was a guy in our neighbourhood in full PPE, going through bins, collecting bottles.

Hubby just phoned to say there was about 4 guys with wheelbarrows at our local shopping centre (which has a recycling bay), all oldies, they then go back to their cars to refill the wheelbarrow and more recycling. Good luck to them, its hard work collecting.

In the meantime, someone on facebook is coughing about people going through their rubbish and how they are stealing from her.

My thoughts, unless its a murder weapon I used or body parts, once its in the bin its rubbish for anyone to collect. Just be neat when taking it out.

And a reminder to all how important it is to shred all addressed letters, envelopes ect.

More so now, as its accepted people will be going through our bins.

We get marauders at council clean up days - where we can put out all our nontoxic rubbish to be collected for free by local council. The marauders come to nick pick through the rubbish especially for recyclable metals but usually leave a mess.

I have a shredder that shreds into little rectangular pieces not just the long strips. Tried to donate to local pound/vet but unless it’s the long strips they don’t want it.

Shredded cannot be recycled

Yep, cross shredder for me as well.

We have 12 free council pickups per year so when my office replaced all our chairs, I had old ones delivered to my house, along with display items for catalogues, printers ect.

Almost everything was gone within hours, which I knew would happen - this is why we have 12 free pickups, because everyone is picking up everyone elses rubbish! It was crazy the number of people that stopped, we sat in the living room watching it for a while as it was amusing to see.

My elderly next door neighbour was worried someone had come on to her property and put stuff in her recycling bin. She was so worried so asked me to see if I could find names. I was being neighbourly so started wading through her cr*p. Got to a named envelope. She knew it. Turned out to be her poxy son, a retired GP who had dumped all his cr*p in her bin without telling her. He is an ahole as I later found out when we needed to replace our side fence. But seriously he could have told his mother. She’s 90 for gods sake and is an incessant worrier AND she still takes out her bin. Full of his cr*p because even though he and his wife live just up the road they never visit to put out the bins. I can only imagine him as a GP.

When dad in law was alive, he would go through our recycle bin and take stuff to the garage or under the house.

He also tried to take about 20 of the above mentioned chairs and when we did a HUGE under the house clean out (found original cast iron bathroom pedestal and basin ect), he was taking stuff like door handles, doors ect. In his dementia mind, he needed it for the rental properties but these days, a new door is $30-$50 at Bunnings.

Fun times, because all we could do was laugh and joke. I miss that man. :(

seems a bit over the top to me.

I have clear packing cells from
Kathmandu for everything, but I haven’t taken LAGS out of my Hand Luggage in about the last 200 Domestic and International flights. Have not been questioned or picked up on it once. A bit like the forgotten scissors that travelled in my hand luggage without notice through SYD, CGK, BNE, TSV & CNS
