That explains it then. AA also not showing the QF codeshare on EK. Nor any Etihad options Oz to AKL. (whoops, yes the ditch meant the Tasman)

Oh the joy of trying to find 5 J awards for the family holiday. Even better that SWMBO is highly concerned about the idea of taking the 3 that are available and waiting for more to be released. Not happy about that, not happy that I have 270000 US Airways points that don't seem usable. Thankfully there are no lectures while she's at work.

Sister in law might have to settle for Y.

Time for serious pricing of options.

Only if you can find them on this list medhead - good luck ;)

No - if you are looking for a (non *O) middle eastern airline, AA do partner with EY.

On re-reading I now presume you are referring to the Tasman "Ditch" - in which case you are SOL.

It must be idiot day.

First phone call, was from someone saying that I had spoken to someone from our office(call centre) last year I asked what was the company name and what was the business, it was about getting into share trading, and I replied, I probably told them to ****** off.

Next phone call, was from someone saying they had some old lease paperwork about a property that we had been leasing, it was in Bulimba; and I said do you have an address, no they didn't have an address and I said why are you ringing me for; get your own paperwork in order.

Received a form to change the address on a magazine, but the only way to change the address is to post it back to them, how hard would it be to put your email address on the page somewhere.

Let see if the day gets better.

No, support for the Pats' is flat. Not unlike their balls, ironically.

Must remember to steer clear of this thread on Feb 2nd - will be recording the game while with a plan to watch it not knowing the result that evening. (Having done similar all season and for the last 20 years.)

Easy enough to do September through December but harder in January and difficult in Febrary.

There's talk Tom Brady will be benched, if the deflated ball allegations prove to be correct.

Seriously, you would think there would be NFL reps checking the balls before they hit the field?

Standard protocol in this house. Though when we were in the play-offs with the potential to go to Superbowl XLV, in Feb 2011, I had to keep tabs on the score during the day at work, so I could book our flights as soon as the game was over, and GB was going to Texas. - and so were we.
Bucket list - tick.

This is a relief, in more ways than one.

WOW, the world has gone crazy...

There is certainly an argument for basic courtesy (put the seat up so you don't pee on the seat, and try to have "accurate aim"), but uric acid damaging a marble floor... really?

Also, the photo looks like it might be a woman's legs?

This week was definitely one of the worst in my life.

Thankfully I still have a job and my family are safe, so there are some small mercies in this world...

None of us enjoy "bad days" but it does make us reflect on just what is important in our lives. The motto being "will this matter in 1 years time?"

Ah yes penegal, your little issue . Improvement in practice.

It could be worse, you could have my backyard view this morning:

It continues to rain and the thought of by neighbours backyard and house settling into my backyard doesn't bear contemplation.

Not a bad day for everyone.Booked tomorrows flight to PER on Monday.J was showing only 2 seats available.Put in my upgrade request anyway and go to check in this morning and my seat has changed from 40D to 1F.Even a mere PS can get lucky.
