I am just updating my travel arrangements but it is likely that I will be there on a number of those dates - I am defaulting to HOTP now - I have negotiated a personal rate at the hotel.
 
Confirmed:

Apr 17 - Apr 18 / HOTP / simongr
Apr 21 - Apr 23 / HOTP / simongr

Probable (in terms of HOTP vs. HW)

May 08 - May 09 / HOTP / simongr
May 15 - May 16 / HOTP / simongr

Then I expect fortnightly from then.

Interested to hear abut the rate - it feels cheeky enough staying ~$150 for 13 nights in a relax suite at the moment. I'm hopping between HSW/HOTP depending on best rate and its great for the points balance but it leaves one feeling a little unhinged so I'm looking for something more long term.

Damm thought I heard someone say Hgwells and when I looked up couldn't work out who it was, I was sitting on the couch at the end of the room all night until 9pm chatting to a friend, should be there next two nights if you are still around.

Many thanks to straitman for keeping this post updated. It looks like there will be another AFFer at HOTP for both my visits. I have never met anyone from this forum although I have spoken to The Winchester on the phone.
