Probably saw that the pot plant was a bit dry I don’t know. It’s hard to understand why people do the things they do

...Urea is a fertiliser...:D

My parcel was processed at Sydney facility on Tues at 2.18pm (came in), Wed 3.15am (went out) and Wed 7.38pm (came in again).
Wouldnt mind if I could get points or SCs for its journey
Same here. An order from a company in Brisbane to be sent to Canberra, so far has done Brisbane/Sydney/Brisbane/Sydney

I had a parcel do this for a month between Sydney and Melbourne. It wasn’t lost according to Aus Post, so no compensation was due. But they also wouldn’t do anything to get it out of the loop it was stuck in. After a month or so it finally sorted correctly and was delivered.

On Thursday I contacted a supplier and according to them, my parcel was at the local post office after no one was able to received a package (no problems & I accept that). Rang the post office to confirm and they said, yes you have three packages here since Tuesday and that we should have received several cards indicating that packages were waiting for me.

No cards were received. Three packages collected by me on Friday from the post office.

Their service is terrible.

At least the parcel turned up this afternoon to Canberra. When I rang on Friday, after seeing the parcel start to do a loop, I was told it was mis-sorted in Sydney, which is why it went back to Brisbane

This weeks gripe, purchased item from a warehouse about 6klms away from our house.

Parcel returned to warehouse yesterday as apparently my 80yr old house is "address vacant lot"

On Sunday I ordered something from Springfield Gardens Brooklyn NY and it arrived yesterday

Aussie post cant deliver something 6klms in a week but DHL can manage half way around the world in the same time.

I’d be inclined to blame Auspost and not QantasWine on that one.

Rest assured if the opportunity presents i’ll Be letting Qantas wine know what I think of their delivery provider....

Qantas wine survey arrived.

Delivery slammed.

I had the same with B&H in NY City for Camera equipment. I ordered it Sat morning our time (Fri afternoon their time) and it arrived Tues afternoon. Looking through the tracking history it had arrived into Sydney on Sunday evening and had to wait for Customs on Monday before getting transferred to me on Tuesday.
For me this adds to the frustration of wanting to support local vendors, but it comes down to the delivery of the goods after ordering, and they are being let down by AusPost

Received and completed an email survey on Australia Post's performance. My responses were not positive at all.

I'm waiting on a book which has been sent from the UK. I wonder where it will turn up. The last book I ordered ended up in the junk mail part of my letter box along with some regular envelopes. Both the book and the envelopes would have fitted in the regular mail spot. Last year, my neighbour ended up with lots of books from the UK. Some of his parcels had been delivered incorrectly as well. I'm glad I have a neighbour who looks out for me.
