I have four separate return trips that have disappeared from the website. Strangely, they still show up in the app.

I tried to manually add them in on the website, but that doesn't seem to work.

I have e-tickets, so I won't panic (yet).

What is it with QF notifications and the check-in. Friday and again today. Receive a notification by text and email. "Check-in is now open for your (international) flight". Go to check-in and both days the website via the App says - Check-in opens in 30 minutes ! Why bother.
 
I’ve been in Kyrgyzstan for the last 3 weeks. The Qantas website simply does not work here unless you use a VPN. Neither does the Wellbeing app.

I suspect Qantas has done this deliberately, but not sure why.
Trip report pretty please! Did you ever do one for Uzbekistan? I searched but couldn’t find.
 
Anyone having issues booking flights on their phone this morning? I need to book a flight and unfortunately am not near a computer.

In the app on the booking tab, once you try to search cities nothing happens when you click the boxes. They flash red, but no drop down appears and the keyboard doesn’t pop up. Same for every other field.

So I just went to the Qantas website in Safari. Same behaviour. Tried Chrome. Same behaviour. Cookies cleared and phone restarted, no difference.

Tried on wife’s phone - exactly the same, so not just me. But very bad timing 😰 we’ll probably book through Webjet.

iPhone 17 Pro / iOS 26.5 / all apps confirmed up to date.

Anyone else able to replicate?

Are you on dodgy wifi or OS somewhere?

Maybe try a VPN if you have one or data instead of wifi?

We’re up at a friend’s property but have full strength 5G with no issues with other websites or apps.

If it was just me I’d say it was my phone but it’s weird there’s two of us here that can’t.

Webjet it is.

Anyone else? Very frustrating, and after my wife saw the fare difference on Webjet we’re now on Virgin, so no SCs or preflight tipple for me. Ignorance is usually bliss.
 
Seems ok for me on iPhone and safari. Have you tried multi city just to see if you can enter details. I’m on 4G not WiFi.

Yep, iPhone and iPad ok here.

I was doing some CR searches at 10am EST and all ok.

Checked again when I saw your post and searched a dummy SYD-MEL revenue flight. Was fine.
