Thai Royal Orchard Plus missing points

In early September my wife and I travelled to Bangkok in Business Class (birhday present) We booked through a travel agency and our ROP numbers were supplied to Thai airways. I recently checked my ROP and found that my flights had not been credited to the program. I contacted ROP and they said that this happens sometimes, a computer glitch, just send the boarding passes in to get credited.?????? Me...We do not have the boarding passes. ROP.....sorry check the fine print you should keep your boarding pass.....but it was your computer that did not pick up the flights and I have to pay.....sorry, contact Thai airways and see (beg) if they will credit you the flights.
Does anyone have any suggestions????????

Do you still have the e-tickets? Possibly in an email somewhere?

You will need to contact Thai Royal Orchid Plus and provide them with as much information as possible.

Send them the itinerary or e-ticket (if you do not have a copy then see the travel agent as most of them usually keep some sort of record), recept of payment for the flights, copy of passport with entry and exit stamp (Thai immigration staff usually record the flight number after stamping the passport although sometimes it is hard to read the flight number written) and any other information you think may relevant.

If you are after FF points/miles then BP retention is an absolutely essential part of flying.

Keep those BP's until the points/miles credit (also ANY tickets you have, e-ticket or paper).
