The survey came from an Australian email address!!:shock:I rung HH SYD a month or so back about this to enquire
a) where my bonus points were; and
b) whether a decision was pending on an implementation.
The response was somewhat disappointing. The lady knew nothing about it and after I forwarded the email to her, she checked and replied to me that I must have been mistakenly included in a US survey as there was no plans for such a card in Australia. She apologised and promptly credited my HHonors account with the missing 1500 HH points.
I'm sure that survey specifically mentioned Australia (or perhaps Australasia) and why would they survey the US members when they already have the card available? Has everyone recieved the bonus points and has anyone heard anything further?
