It looks like the Take Amex (Take Amex) page is broken. The google map and associated search box fail to load.
I suspect this is a Google problem as they have been buggering around with various of their offerings.
I wanted to report Debit Success for levying 4.4% for Amex (2.35% for Visa & MC).
Of course the bigger issue is companies like Debit Success being allowed to charge the customer at all. Direct debit costs should be borne by the business as a cost of doing business.
