Hi all,

I booked sin-syd on new J A380 3 X pax. This was in mid jan 2019. Did I get lucky or is it easy to get then???

Syd-sin I could only get late December 3 X J on 77W. Hope the 77W 2013 J seats are great

This is likely to be a long shot but has anyone managed to redeem "Saver" tix for the new Suites product? All I see when I check it out are "Advantage" redemptions.

Only by getting lucky having 2 Savers on the old suites for the right flight before confirmation it was getting new suites

Very lucky! Haha. I am having so such luck - I think they’ve blocked savers on the new product for now and foreseeable future I imagine before they roll them out more widely. I am having trouble even getting the old suites for all legs of my flight.

Flew Suites yesterday and will continue again tomorrow. Wine list is still top shelf. I noticed the Krug is now 2004 vintage whereas I am sure last year it was NV.

Only downside for me is the change in amenities kit. Last year was Ferragamo with a full bottle of aftershave. Now it is some other brand with a candle. Who the hell takes a candle on holidays.

Different kits for flight inbound and outbound from SIN. You should get EDT on the outbound Inbound to SIN a candle to take home might suit SIN residents.

The kits aren't aircraft specific, so suites/first class get the same. Inbound to SIN is candle, outbound from SIN gets EDT.

Sadly it seems the Ferragamo kits are gone. I much preferred them to the Lalique ones they currently have.

As i said, the kits are not aircraft specific. They are the same for the 77W as for the A380s. The pictures you see on the internet are the ones you’ll get.
