I needed to explain the Classic as ASA thing... person needed to put me on hold..then came back and argued that I sjoukd do online...quoted the 7740 advice...couple more minutes on hold...all booked

All right people... fun's over.. MASAs are being withdrawan from 1 July 2014... Good while it lasted..

A change to selected Any Seat Award bookings From 1 July 2014, we're removing the ability to make an Any Seat Award booking on Qantas flights using Classic Award booking classes[SUP]3[/SUP] ( X, Z, U or P). Existing bookings will not be affected by this change.
