I have a US HsBC Premier account and a US Amex card via GT.
I dont have an ITIN. Can I apply successfully for the HSBC Premier card through my HSBC Premier account?

Correction - it was all done online but I was sent an Adobe Acrobat form and I filled it out.

I see there is a higher tier of Priority Pass with this card which will be useful for some airports. Also full access to restauraunts it sounds like. Getting the 60k bonus remains to be seen.

Yeah it's much better - 2 guests rather than 1 and restaurants included which I'm finding increasingly useful as lounges get busier!

Hi can you tell me which number you called to get through to US premier? Everytime I call I get told I can not apply for the credit cards as I am not a US citizen? I have spoken to different people and they all come back to me saying that I can't apply?

Is there any specific words you say for them to send you the online PDF application form?

I did as part of my original application for US Prem - the agent assigned to do manage my onboarding couldn't do it themselves but got one of their colleagues in the credit card dept to sort it.

I’ve also had very good success resolving HSBC US issues using their chat function when logged in.

Where did you use restaurant please? I am hoping to find/use restaurant for my PP.

Got approved for the HSBC Premier Elite card - though the reps told me that I needed to cancel my existing HSBC Premier card. What a time to do it as HSBC AU winds down so might as well make use of it while the Premier relationship exists. Not to mention the RBA reforms in October for Australia MC/Visa credit cards.

Did you apply for 2nd HSBC card? Did they ask you to close the 1st card?
