Is a FICO8 of 694 enough for a first Chase ?
1yr10 month history, most recent is 1yr 4month
I got hard rejected in Feb as I applied over a VPN, which led to them treating the whole thing as identity fraud !
I'd like the CSP (particularly with current SUB). Currently have Amex Green, Amex Hilton Honors ($1k limit), C1 Venture (for good credit) $2kDepends on what card. It isn’t all about score and greater than 12 months history is helpful. What other cards and credit limits do you have?
When I applied for the CSP in February, they refused to recon despite uploading ITIN and passport, as the application was deemed identity theft (I assume because of VPN). I also made the mistake of uploading my C1 statement as proof of address - I learnt here that I should have used my HSBC checking account statement. The identity fraud thing is common. I got that too and still got approved.

I received a hard copy letter from Chase a few weeks later patting themselves on the back for blocking identity theft, and offering links to support services to help avoid future identity theft...
Who’s handing out $5k limits to those of us with under 2y credit history ?!heard in the past that Chase liked to see 5k limit
It’s combined limits across all cards. Weird though maybe things have changed? Amex gave me $10K–$20K on my first few cards too. How much income did you use? I started at around $50K–$60K 10 years ago, and now I’m at about $90K. Tried $120K for P2, and Cap1 gave a whopping $30K lol.Who’s handing out $5k limits to those of us with under 2y credit history ?!
They didn't ask for evidence of US income ?Cap1 gave a whopping $30K lol
They didn't ask for evidence of US income ?
Definitely luck of the draw then.Nope. both of us have never been asked.
heard in the past that Chase liked to see 5k limit with other banks for CSP and possibly 10k for CSR.
What did you put down as your income ? And did they ask for any proof ?I applied for CSR with 1 year history

Personally I've been finding Revolut Premium is pretty decent - cheaper than the other services I looked at. I'm only doing a couple k a month though (plus got Premium for free thanks to some poor CS from them before!)Hi guys what is the current cheapest way to transfer money to USA, is wise the best for large sums of 20k plus? I got banned from using that trading platform with the cheap fees a while back so I don't think i can use that without some sort of review.
Amex gave me way more than that but I guess that's because it was GT and they could see my history elsewhere?Who’s handing out $5k limits to those of us with under 2y credit history ?!
