Has anyone done this?
Would they approve ITIN holders?
Apart from maintaining the 5k balance, are there any other downsides?
It seems like the account accures 1.95% APR. Would that trigger a lot of extra paperwork?
I got one with an ITIN.... Its an easy 30k if you're eligible for itView attachment 509395

Weird - I did both - Rewards Checking was easy and points hit as soon as I made the depositI did last year . Have itin . Never got the points though !
Sorry I Applied for the personal
applied for the Personal with my ITIN last year and got the points. Shame it is once per lifetime. The SUBs are getting more attractive. Haven’t done the business yet. Is the Business just as ‘easy’ to get as the personal? I know US banks are more stringent on Business checking applications. I know Amex don’t have any branches but I recall there was a section calling out that we declared we are a US resident so they can turn in the correct flag with the IRS. As much as the current AU budget changes aren’t all to my liking, I’d hate to have to also give the IRS a share of my AU earnings in return for a modest amount of MR points. Happy to be corrected here. This is why I didn’t proceed with my application.I got one with an ITIN.... Its an easy 30k if you're eligible for it

Given your SD recently, I am thinking you should stay in their good side rather than close early and stir another trouble. Just my thought though.None . But I do want the sign up bonus .
Is there any other NLL links that work please
I need some advice regarding paying tax to the IRS. Try to pay tax online and filling up details, notice that they ask filing location, which option I should select?
Received the letter to my Australian address. anyone done this before?
I would appreciate your guidance to ensure I choose the correct option.

Just made a purchase. The charge shows as the hotel name. Will report back on the actual credit.Any data points in redeeming the $300 Aspire resort credit for buying vouchers at Hilton Queenstown Resort?
Is there an online link? I also wondered whether booking the double tree will trigger it given that they're owned and operated by the same company.Just made a purchase. The charge shows as the hotel name. Will report back on the actual credit.

I had to use a VPN on my laptop in cunjunction with my Chase app to sign up for Paze and added one Chase card (my sock drawered UA Getaway). Paze page wouldn't load on my iphone for activation, that's why I used my laptop. I can't see much we can use it on in Australia.Free cash and gift cards on the table for Chase card holders.

I think that's the other issue. Whilst I though originally that US cards were our way to continue the points game with AU spend, my thinking is that if merchants BIN block them (certain merchants are already doing this to only accept AU issued cards), then this will stymie us unless of course we have significant non AU spend but how many cards can you realistically hold for that? I'm thinking this will unfortunately be easier to implement as the merchant providers can roll it out across their customer base very quickly. I hope I'm wrong as I enjoy using my US cards in AU as my daily drivers now - so much so I don't use my AU cards anymore.I had to use a VPN on my laptop in cunjunction with my Chase app to sign up for Paze and added one Chase card (my sock drawered UA Getaway).
