I was able to receive phone call and sms.. wired.
amex is the best, and then chase. C1 is too exhausting for little return...

PC desktop. I don't think it's a computer problem but it's probably picking up the fact that there is something unverified on your account. At what stage are you getting the msg?

From memory i was able to get sms from day 1, recently there has been a couple of occissions where c1 required to call me back to do verification. I have spoken with a supervisor as well, which did not seem to help.
Its the 2nd time c1 has created a case for me, figures crossed it will work this time.

You can ask them to send you a scan for $2 .
If it’s a card they will refuse and say it’s a card .
If not they will send you a scan .
If it’s a card you can trash or have it sent .

Actually it's worth it for the data points on PE to BNE for the extra $9. It could save me heaps in the future if I know what to expect from the cheapest postage. And it's still trackable.

it may vary as PE may use different modes and partners each time .seems to be the case for the option I have used .
