"Strange" Qantas plane at Adelaide

Was just on the tarmac and just happened to look up and was pleasantly surprised to see VH-OEG majestically arrive at ADL. We don’t get them very often so it’s a nice change

Does anyone know why VH-OEG went to DRW & ROK yesterday and onto ADL today?

Hi, all: I saw a large Qantas four-engine jet coming in to land at Adelaide airport this morning (about 10.20am). It looked too small for a 747.

Qantas have used A380's before for Antarctic flights.

And now she’s on her way back to Rockhampton.
