Has anyone had trouble getting their annual complimentary QC lounge invitation credited?

I’ve been a LTS QFF member for many years and last year had to chase up my invitation which was due at the start of my new membership year, on 1 November 2022…after many emails and phone calls it was finally credited to my account on 17 December.

I’ve had a similar experience this year…I lodged a query with Qantas on 16 November followed by more emails, phone calls and a complaint but the matter still remains unresolved.

There’s a reason why I call Qantas, Chaser Air. Everything requires a follow up and a follow up on follow up, even if you hold Platinum status. I lodge a reimbursement request last Monday and still crickets from QF

I recently had to chase up points from a cancelled award booking. I used their FB chat and it took 24 hrs. ps I am still in shock!

UPDATE : After further prodding by me, the very helpful Carroll from QFF rang me back on 3 January with a sincere apology, letting me know my 2023 QC invitation had been credited to my account.

Thanks Straitman, good to know FB chat might yield quicker results if I need to chase up again on my next anniversary. Only booking QFF rewards flights these days so will be parked at LTS for some time to come..
