So my anniversary is October. I book whatever I can find for 31 December. The terms appear to say that the status extension will take place 31 oct. And why would qf care at this stage if we don't front? I kind of think this is the implication, but welcome competing thoughts on it

I read that as simply needing to book a flight before the status year ends and take it before end of 2021.You need to travel before your status expires.
