N00b question: Can you book this online? Or do you have to call Jetstar? I need to book SYD-MEL-BKK rtn.

Thanks!

For the sale fare I believe you will have to book MEL-BKK and make separate booking to get to MEL and then later back to SYD.

JQ have in the past tagged my bags all the way through SYD-MEL-BKK and back on 2 different PNR's but they are under no obligation to do so. I would not recommend booking JQ 29 SYD-MEL as they always depart SYD late. I would suggest getting a QF cheapy SYD-MEL-SYD allowing you heaps of time to check in at MEL. Beats leaving luggage or missing a flight.

Firefox did the trick. Thanks.

My dumb question for the day :!:
(I believe I know the answer but better to be safe than sorry.)

I I book Star class MEL-SYD-HNL (and return) do I get to use the normal Qantas transfer bus and all the associated benefits :?:
JQ to JQi then no.

QF to JQi then yes (even if on separate bookings - keep your inbound BP to show)

Two of the four days you can do JQi to JQi, that is what I would be shooting for, double F lounge :)

The other interesting thing is that although the website (and ads) say the *Class sale fares to HNL are only available on Mondays and Tuesdays this is not true. I managed to get a sale fare on a Saturday (May 2011).

Very happy! :)

Just grabbed some *class OOL-NRT return sale fares for November. I really wanted to book MEL-OOL-NRT but the addon for the domestic was way more than booking separately so have booked separate MEL-OOL-MEL. Fingers crossed it all goes ok, have left plenty of time for the connection.

Cheers

Timmi

ooooh!!

Just realised this might make me WP!

Just going to add up the SC and check :)

Have grabbed 2 x *class to DPS for myself and OH for Labour Day weekend 2011 to check out the brand new W Seminyak in Bali. Just a touch under $2k total. :D

I would love to take advantage of this offer, however at the moment I am tied down to Terra Australis ....

I looked at this and have decided that whilst it is a good idea the logistics did not work as well. We will fly QF domestic to SYD (and return) and maximise our SYD F lounge time.

Well I have booked 3 trips n this sale.

MEL - BKK Sept and NOV

MEL - DPS JAN

I think around 750 sC's for $3K Win!! (Even if it is with Deathstar)

Each time you leave Australia you get to use the First lounge, double win.

Now I need to book something for myself,

I've booked *class MEL-BKK-MEL for late October. Seat 1a outbound, 1b inbound! Woo hoo!

Now I need to book my connecting flights to/from SYD!
Thanks @meloz for the tips .

Haha... That is true!

I'm thinking I'd drink $200 worth of grog on every visit so I CAN'T lose :-)

If *Class prices are showing as full price does this mean sold out?

I'm guessing yes but....

Thank you Serfty for bringing this sale to our attention.

Have booked OOL - KIX for March :p
