I have booked a Velocity Business Class Reward flight with Singapore Airlines, Manchester to Singapore, landing at 7:40am at T2.
I have then booked a revenue flight from Singapore to Perth via Singapore Airlines, departing at 9:30am from T3.
What I hadn't considered is that these are two separate bookings. Does this mean that SQ won't check my bags through to my destination? Will I have to collect them at Changi and go through immigration?

Inter terminal connection in SIN is never a big deal, both for bags and pax. Experience with SQ is they'll probably check through your bags without issues. Even if you have to collect and re-check, 1h50m is more than enough, except if delayed.
