SQ Tips, Trips and Tales

Ah, @Cruiser Elite - you know how to make a man happy! Where did you source the BP from? SIN T3 Transfer Desk?
How good does it look when it's prim and proper like that?
O/n SIN outbound or inbound then checkin for 2nd sector at FC checkin - they print them automatically for you and hand you the hand written in GOLD ink your TPR Invitation.

Perth still giving those nice heavy stock Invites. Cant remember if it was a gold pen tho, because it finished up in the bin.

Not bothered whether there's a personally addressed card. Modern times mean yr BP or phone does the job. My gripe is that I hv had 3 TPR chances in the last few months and not made any of them. Dont you hate SQ efficiency when they allow 50 min connxs, your inbound flt is 30 mins late and so you hv to leg it direct to the next gate., no passing go, no shower, no TPR'ing. Grrr..

I understand your view on TPR invites but it’s not all about ME ME ME - first time or occasional SQ R or F pax just adore these and mostly keep for souvenirs and to show their friends and family - a couple others here will chime as to just how much they cherish them.

I also totally understand your frustration with short connections and go out of my way to always avoid them. Nowadays with flts to / from China or to EU 100% book flts with o/n connections - way too old to miss the chance of TPR
