Holiday here in MEL as most know so I took the opportunity to drive hours on end but just could find the farm that these ‘locally sourced’ wooly backs might have come from? Can anybody enlighten me?

You’re looking at this form the wrong perspective. SQ isn’t a Melbourne based airline so clearly what it defines as local is different . Look at these pastures.

FTR ‘smalls’ = lamb, sheep, goats and bobby calves.

But here: I suspect the "locally sourced" just mean the frozen Canterbury lamb is locally sourced from the local distributor/importer
