Couple of cards from Crew over last week:
I particularly like this one - PD Champs was just not chilled which I advised FSS Adelyne - she said I guarantee after take-off your Champs will be chilled - which it was
Note the plaque off CH cork to top RHS - Crew guaranteed me they kept a separate chilled bottle specifically for me and this is the plaque from said bottle which I demolished
For any shortcomings within the SQ network and there are plenty their Crew service is still faultless
