100s of flts never experienced this before - and to put in context LSS who delivered it came back 10mins later and said I noticed other pax in the cabin eating their ice cream nowhere near as hard as yours - here is another one you can eat right now as she handed me a second one

Not so much unfortunately in 2025 The seats in business are well past their use by date. Food is ok. Can’t fault the crew, but service restrictions due to the over use of the seatbelt sign is a real issue.

Rubbish - now on 6th sector in last 10 days and seatbelt sign sign hardly ever activated on any flight

That’s your experience, and that’s great…. until it isn’t. Mine - and others - have been different.

Just wait till you get a couple flights in a row where the pilots are over cautious. It significantly impacts the overall product.

Until I experienced it I was much the same as you. But once it happens it’s a risk that goes into considering whether to fly SQ or another carrier.

Flew SQ278 ADL-SIN recently, great service, good food , seats changed to 11d/f at T-96. Very happy once again with SQ. And certainly a better proposition than anything QF offers direct out of Adelaide

It seems to be SQ specific following SQ321. Some pilots appear to be overly cautious - more akin to US airlines. And the associated impact on service delivery.
