SQ refund query

We have SQ J class Sydney - Moscow at end June, then London - Sydney mid-August. One ticket is fully paid, the other is all Krisflyer miles.
SQ are refunding/changing up to the end of June only at the moment.

Should I ask for our refund now for that one leg or wait until they announce policies to end of August? Will they even refund just that first leg for the fully paid ticket?

I just started cancelling our July 2020 trip. I just cancelled one leg, which explained that we would get a refund of taxes and points. It cost $225 US for a service fee to cancel though (which wasn't clear until it was done). I will claim costs on travel insurance. Another leg of the journey...
