SQ Redemptions Waitlist -> Reserved

Hey all,

This might be a dumb question but havent had to use the singapore waitlist feature for a while.

Had myself on a number of waitlists for an upcoming trip and was checking this morning and 2 have changed from 'waitlist' to 'reserved', what exactly does this mean?

I assumed when a flight became available I would get an email or something to confirm it but there are no options in the Manage booking area to do anything.

Is this just a case of calling Singapore Airlines and comfirming it?

Yes call them ASAP as if you did not receive an email there may be a TTL that need acting on quickly
