I'm traveling Sq 218 Mel - Sin - Bkk RT in F
(O saver redemption) & a friend will be on the same flight in Y.

Can I guest my friend access into KF First lounge
at Mel as well as Sin, and Sq F pax gain entry to the TA Royal Orchid lounge at BKK?

just curious, how often does the situation of bringing in a guest happen?

It is frequent when access is based on status or credit card rather than class of travel. But also, if you have a group of work colleagues, the more senior colleagues may have a higher class of travel. Or travelling home from a conference, you may share a taxi to the airport with other attendees flying to different places, one of whom has a premium class ticket. Or even... hold the thought... people on FF forums may ask whether a lucky premium class flyer already in a lounge might guest them in...
