Slow recompense for Lost Luggage by Lufthansa

On the 10th of April a group of us flew from Munich to London with Lufthansa, All bags arrived except mine. I was initially told it would be delivered next morning, no worries, received an emergency pack. Never arrived until 3 days later. I was told to buy the necessities and keep receipts. I submitted a claim and it was approved on the 5th of May. I handed over my bank details and was told it could take a few weeks for the money to be credited. it's now the 7th October still waiting, and they don't respond to emails. Anyone else had this experience
 
Do you still ave your ID locator eg LHRLH565.
Put that in the subject line. Also demand 100% back of everything they generally will only give you 50% of clothes
