If we are on flight with Singapore from CPH - MEL, with a 25 horr stopover in Singpapore will checked baggage generally go straigh through to MEL, or do we need ot collect it in SIN and rebook next day or is there an option to collect?

Tried for 30minutes to check through bags to MElbourne, but couldn't as duration was lolnger than 24 hours even thoguh Singap0ore Air changed flight times.
You can always avail yourself of the early check-in option upon arrival in SIN:

Yeah, I thought that might be the case since your stop in Singapore was more than 24 hours. That makes it a stopover, rather than a transit.

BTW, when are you in SIN? I'm here right now.
