I am a member of KF. If I book on skyscanner can you still earn the same points as you would if booking direct with the airlines?

In theory you should but please check booking classes as the cheaper airfares do not earn or earn very little.

Any Singapore Airlines (or Silk Air) operated flight, paid on a normal commercial fare (whether via a skyscanner travel agent, or direct on the airline website) should at least 0.5 mile for every mile flown. The lowest earn rates on the cheapest fares was increased from 10% to 50% some time last year. If the flight is operated by another carrier then it may well earn nothing.
