Singapore Airlines Business Class Meals & Menus

I can never remember to take photos of the meals before eating them, made a conscious effort to take some pics on some recent SQ flights.

SQ232 - Sydney > Singapore:
  • Lamb cutlet with eggplant salsa and green rice.
This was a menu item as nothing from BTC out of Sydney really appeals.
Good flavours from the lamb and salsa in this meal, not sure that the rice was my favorite.

SQ308 - Singapore > London: Two meals on this flight
  • Char siew wonton noodle: This dish was a good one. The pork was tender and the sauce over the top was great, wontons were nice however the noodles were dry and not very hot.

  • Beef yakiniku: Probably the best BTC meal I have ever had. It doesnt look all that appealing but the meat was super tender and had a great flavour to it. I have always overlooked this one because it sounds a little plain, it is now my favorite.

SQ327 - Munich to Singapore
  • Slow braised beef short ribs in red wine sauce. This was a delicious meal. The short ribs were tender with the marinade. I was surprised that the gnocchi had a sauce as I thought it might compete with the ribs but it paired really well. One of my favorite SQ dishes.

SQ231 - Singapore to Sydney
  • Bak chor mee soup. This was quite a disappointing meal. I had heard this was one of the better ones but it was quite the let down. The soup was not very hot and didnt have that much flavour and the noodles must not have been cooked properly because they were hard(?). The dish also had a strong fishy smell but I could swear that the meal description didn't have any mention of seafood in it. The wontons and meatballs were good however.
