Showers at SYD International Arrivals

I have never had to use a shower before, as I have had a hotel or traveled home. This week I will arrive at 7am and would like to shower before going into the city. Is there anywhere to have a paid shower at international arrivals?

There are 2 blocks with free public showers landside - BYO Towel ...

They are located on the departures level near check-in area A and one near K.
