London is called Londonistan by Katie Hopkins .....I dont think England will ever be the same

I think on the positive side, it's been three years since this thread was started, and the Euro zone and UK are all doing ok from a tourist perspective. A little crowded, but otherwise still enjoyable :)

Some think it's controversial but interesting comments in the newspaper the other day from Mr Brexit regarding UK borders and comments on Australians to take back their country.

'Mr Brexit' Farage tries selling revolution in Australia

I do however very much think Europe has changed significantly enough to warrant more consideration on the topic of the unity of the E union. Farage Hopkin's, Southern, Milo and others aside. They cannot all be drivel.

Whatever the ongoing commentary, my point was that this thread was started three years ago with the question 'should we go to Europe?' Anyone that was remotely put off in the last three years has really missed out. Glorious summers. Great activities. Great food. Yes there's some noise from the far right in the background but if you're there as a tourist it doesn't even register - most folk are out and about enjoying their holiday.

Not sure that any longer you can say the far right voice is in the background.
Upcoming Swedish elections the polls have the far right party having the largest vote.
This week Denmark put an Australian imam on the not to enter list. The same imam that MT had as a special guest a couple of years ago.

Of course there are also people missing out on great experiences visiting the USA because of political beliefs as well.I don't put any country on my don't visit list just because of politics.

The thread was started in response to growing disenfranchisement of the European members and Wether, Schegen would survive. Making it easy for tourists to cross European borders. Not just for us folks from Australia. It was the individual country asking the question should it stay or should it go......although a person could also ask because of the multitude of changes happening. Mainly terrorist attacks. You reminded me of Sweden, Sweden has deteriorated so much that even the New YorK Times ran a front Page Story about the increase in grenade attacks!! Grenade Attacks you heard it first here folks.

Sweden may be the first country to fall, ......Grenade attacks in a first world secular democratic country, nothing to see here.

Sweden isn't going to fall. The far right party is only polling ~ 25% but it probably will be the largest party.None of the others will go into coalition with it but it may well be able to influence which party will govern.
Take your pick who will be the first to go from the EU-Greece-the EU have crucified it.Italy if it's banks need a bailout.Spain still racked with debt.Or Turkey failing to honour it's debts to EU banks possibly bringing the Euro to an end.

Doesn't matter if they are not going to be the government. The SMH is now blocking that link.

May not happen this time but think it's becoming clearer people around the world have had enough.

The link is now working.Probably down for a while so the lawyers could give an opinion.
Despite the SMH the other parties are determined not to govern with the far right.
