What would the cruising altitude be for this flight?

Might just be ascent and descent.

I recall hearing about this route in the past on AFF, and sure enough, similar threads below shows some of the past discussion on it.
 
Rex used to do Wagga Wagga to Albury on the way to Melbourne on some flights, it was about 15 minutes.

Here is a youtube video of the complete flight from take-off run to landing - World's Shortest Flight: Westray to Papa Westray - YouTube . Clocks in at 2:32 in the video. Reading the comments, the flight is actually part of a triangle - Kirkwall to Westray to Papa Westray to Kirkwall, thereby linking both Westray and Papa Westray to Kirkwall.

There is also a ferry joining the two that is cheaper.

What would the cruising altitude be for this flight?
