If your AP parcel went through Redbank M C in QLD - good luck ! I have had 3 parcels " disappear" there !!
Oh dear. Three weeks later, my parcel has climbed out of one black hole and stepped into another

Instead of getting grumpy, let's just be pleased that they are getting quite a nice holiday and seeing some otherwise unvisited places (what's to look at in Redbank I wonder). I've been trying to track a parcel via a courier company and for the last 10 days the message is 'tracing details not available for 3 business days'....I'll just believe it when I see it

Just think we are all getting to experience in real time at no extra expense the vagaries of mail/seamail and lack of information on parcel progress of the nineteen fifties for free. Think of it like a treat, like visiting Sovereign Hill.

Give it 5 days there and if it hasn't moved on lodge an enquiry at the Post Office.

Not grumpy, I was actually excited that it had updated at all, an indication that a barcode still exists out there.

My previous PB was an express post parcel, SYD to BNE ‘overnight’ that took 33 days to arrive. And that was pre-COVID!

Cr*p! My “reasonably expensive” Birthday present for my sister in Cairns just hit Redbank MC. Fingers crossed, it’s got until the 5th of October to get there.

Hopefully it was sent via a postage option that included insurance!

FWIW, a parcel I sent from the UK on 15/8 still hasn't arrived in the DPRV (VIC).

More and more Bizarre, good news bad news from Auspost for my parcel ex MEL addressed to SEQ.
The good news is my parcel has left Redbank MC. The bad news is it appears to geve gone back to MEL.
Random acts of mail forwarding? Parcel was refused entry because it came from Victoria? Redbank MC strikes again?

Shipment coming from Perth, AU to London, UK; sent 24/9 arrived in the UK 29/9 and at my local depot 30/9.

Not with me yet as they issued the letter (which arrived today) for the import VAT that needs to be paid so they'll release it. I could pay an additional £12 to have it delivered tomorrow, but as I'll be out enjoying my first day of no self-iso, I've opted for the free delivery on Monday. Not bad, albeit the very large import VAT charge.....
