Self-Transfer through Changi

Does anyone know if this works for a BA flight from BRU to SIN then QF flight SIN to SYD? Can you use the transit services to remain airside?
Give it a go. Head to Transfer C on arrival and see the staff assigned to QF. Ask for boarding pass and for your baggage to be transfer and show your baggage receipt.

When I last did it (MH to QF) the Changi website had the note above stating it had to all be on a single PNR etc. but issued a QF boarding pass and collected/transferred my baggage anyway…. YMMV

As others have said, do the arrival formalities on the Singapore Gov Immigration app just in case it’s a no.

Mrsandye is flying SYD-SIN Y on SQ followed by SIN-DOH-LGW J on QR with separate PNRs this week (5+hour between)

Any insights from the AFF brains trust on
1) any chance SQ will interline
If not:
2) how early will QR desks be open at SIN
If only at 3h
3) will Jewel be an option

I know she would not trust the transfer desk for baggage given it will contain the dress she is wearing for nephew's wedding

(We have accepted the connection risk as well as the DOH transit)

insights from the AFF brains trust on
1) I think the interline chance increases if transfer point is SIN
2) if not then maybe do luggage storage at Smartcarte T3 land side on level 1 on the way to MRT. Saves having to schlepp to Jewel with luggage

They do have an airside smartcarte at T3 but does not allow storage of electronics like laptops and would require a boarding pass.
