Second Test, Australia v England, 4-8 December 2025

The joys of getting home from a full stadium. Lines for the shuttle buses to town were really long - much longer than after an AFL match. Took 2.5 hours and arrived at midnight. Thankfully don’t have to get up early tomorrow

Since you asked, here it is @markis10. A little better than yesterday - I’d had a chat about the lack of food on yesterday’s plate with Molly, the Restaurant Manager.

Ricky Ponting, Andrew Broad, Dave Warner and Phil Tufnell all walked past to do their commentary.

Then she interviewed Michael Kasprowicz

I had a chat to him afterwards as he’s a good friend of my second guest today. (They played cricket is the Australian U19’s together). He said he’d try and drop by later.

Then Wetherald got out, lbw to Archer: for 72 (off 78 balls)

Archer got quite an ovation from the balmy Army.

Smith then walked on and the English supporters gave him a Bronx cheer that went on and on. The Aussie supporters caught on and started cheering for our captain and it was on!

Now 2/154.
