Quick one:

SQ228 coming up, looks like the older 3-class 77W business seat/configuration.
Which would you choose?

12K ("windowless" according to SQ website)
- Private cabin

21K
-right up the back

Hmmm…any favourites?

First thing, I reckon a general 'SQ seat advice' thread would be useful.

Second, I'd probably go 21K. I believe the bulkhead is row 11 (which would absolutely be the way to go if available), so there's not a huge benefit to 12A/K. Just depends what a window's worth to you.

It's a tough call. There's only one window missing... you still have another window further forward. However, as it's a day flight you may wish an uninterrupted view?

However... engine noise is noticeable on the 77W as you move towards the wing. It's a somewhat noisier ride (not only from the engine, but also during boarding, and potentially in-flight with economy immediately behind).

If you can bear the limited view... I'd still take the quiet and secluded mini cabin (also better for boarding and disembarking).
