Seat selection on RJ?

I have two RJ flights on an upcoming DONE5. Despite going to manage booking on the RJ website, the RJ flights are the only ones I can't select my seats. It throws up this error:



yet bizarrely, it looks like it's possible to select seats for non-RJ flights on the RJ website.

Has anyone struck this issue or can anyone suggest a work-around?

With my trip, I used the QR website to select my RJ seats without any issue. Give that a whirl.

I did, but it threw an error as well. But I selected the seat for my QR flight OK.

I have tried on both sites a few times over the last week - with the same result each time.

That's a little strange. Perhaps a call to either QF or RJ? I think they have a Sydney office.
