Search for specific flights and prices

Sorry im im still a noob at this

Is there any tool, website that will allow me to search for a specific set of flights and get the price?
I want to book QF1 connecting to BA484 and get the price for Y+ and J.
I can search things like skyscanner and bestjet and get the flights in Y+ but getting the exact same on J is not there.
Just wondering what everyone uses or does to compare things like this.

Id like to have the prices i want before seeing a travel agent.

Also is there any way without a travel agent to online search for mixed fare? ie out in Y or Y+ and back in J.

Another option would be to check if purchasing two tickets may suit your scenario eg SYD/SIN/SYD in Y or Y+ then SIN/BCN/SIN in J assuming BA484 is LHR/BCN. It would probably wise to factor in a stopover in SIN for the night in case your outbound flight is delayed as you won't be protected on separate tickets.
