Hi guys,

booked a 3 night stay for conrad seoul during the 40-50% promotion late march;

This reservation is non-refundable and may not be changed or cancelled. For assistance or questions about this reservation, please call Customer care at +1-800-560-7966.

I screwed up the date by 1 night (booked to stay from 16th but I actually land on the 17th), what are the chances they could push my 3 night stay to start from the 17th - 20th (instead of 16th-19th)without penalty?

I've emailed the hotel directly but no reply yet, didn't know which method would give me the higher chance of not paying for my mistake.

Any experiences?

You may care to look at a similar thread here. contacting the hotel as you have done is my best tip. Call them if they don't reply to e-mail.

It really depends how helpful they feel like being, but I think it would be pretty unreasonable for them not to let you change it, assuming the same room is available on the new night.

i'm sure a phone call to the hotel in Q will fix the problem.

I've had success both with moving such a booking (no charge despite my new dates being more expensive at the time) and with cancelling entirely a booking from different Hiltons. In both cases I emailed the hotel, got answers fairly quickly. In the latter it was within a week of booking and still several months out from the stay so I suspect the hotel wasn't fussed (and in fact I hadn't yet been charged the booking amount). Email/phone the hotel and I too think you'll be fine.

Haven't received a reply to my email yet, but it's only been 14hours or so. I will wait till tomorrow before giving them a call. Thanks for the replies guy, will update once I get an answer either way.

Hi foggy, I've had a similar problem recently..

What you need to do is call the hotel directly. When you get prompted for the reservation line you want to ignore that and go to guest services. The american call center will not help you. When I did it I called them straight away and they outright refused to change it even though I told them I got the months wrong and called up within 5 minutes of the booking. The lovely person on the hotel desk changed it and I didn't even have a rate difference. A friend of mine has also done this and experienced the same things with the USA call centre wrt his flash sale rate at the Brisbane Hilton. The people on the desk at the hilton had no problems in changing his booking for him weeks after it was made and the sale had finished.

Hope this helps...

That's good advice.

I needed to change a Hilton booking in the USA. Non-refundable, non-changeable, etc. Rang the hotel directly. Changed on the spot (and with a cheaper rate than what was available on-line). :D

Edit: I wouldn't send emails or go through the Call Centre, just phone the hotel

Thanks for the response guys, was a busy week and I didn't get a chance to call them. They did reply to my email today;

Warm greetings from Conrad Seoul !
Thank you for your email and inquiry regarding the reservation.
We are pleased to inform you that we amended the date accordingly.
Kindly understand that we could assist the modification for this time only since it is non-changeable and non-refundable booking.
Please find the confirmation letters attached.

So it did end up being sorted, just took a little longer because I didn't call
