Leading to the obvious question - fleet maintenance or loads?

Yes I have been affected by this change. Issue is that Scoots local contact number keeps dropping out. Scoot isnt that good with after sales service. Anyone know an alternate way to contact Scoot other than calling Singapore direct.

I have no issue with calling the SIN based line on the couple of occasions that I needed to call them, and I don't think there's any other alternatives. Note that any changes related to the disruption will require management approval - the operator/robot on the phone isn't authorised to make amendments. They promised that an updated itinerary will be sent to me within 48 hours, but I'm not holding my breathe for it. This is the 2nd time I've booked on Scoot, and it looks like that I've made the same mistake twice.

Andy, I would understand you have no issues with calling the Singapore call centre, as your profile says you are in Singapore :).

As for the "robots" I agree with you totally.

It's been 3 days, and they still haven't updated my booking with the required changes. Calling them again this morning, and got told to wait another 3 days. At least I booked using an AU credit card, which, in the case of a charge-back, is a lot easier than a SG card.
