Do they issue tissues?

Being serious, I suspect it is another publicity stunt to get their name in the news.

No doubt. It would open them up (he he) to all manner of potential harassment suits.

"getting dirty"? From their spray down cabins I think they're a little past that point

Just the title of this thread made me lol....

O'Leary once again being a publicity cough. He intends to do nothing of the kind, just wants free advertising but I think we can safely deduct that the vast majority of his passengers must be football hoons.

You have to consider that for the most part it is the media that is being manipulated here. To quote a recent article:

"I was asked what the next thing would be and I said, 'Probably passengers paying for access to the internet. They'll watch whatever's on their tablets – gambling, racing, coughography.' Next question: 'Are you going to have cough on your flights?' I said: 'Of course, if that's what's on people's tablets.' And then somebody was wittering: 'What about the child sitting next to you?'"

Well that brings logic into the thread oz_mark.

I still say Ryanair is seeking free publicity....
