Any suggestions for travel agents who can aid with RTW bookings that originate outside of AU.
I know that you can do it youerself, however I do not have the mind space to, so would prefer to get someone outsourced to do it.

any ideas ?

cheers

If you are looking at the OneWorld / Star Alliance products, you'll need to find a travel agent who can issue the ticket in the country where it originates, and barring exceptions (if there are any) it'll almost always need to be a Travel Agent based in that country. If you say what country you are looking to originate in, people might be able to help.

my issue is this.....

I am heading to EU, and need to book a RTW flight back to bring me back to Australia, not overly worried where it originates from as I can hop on a short flight to <wherever> to start the trip

Find a TA anywhere in the EU then, and book via email. We could probably be more specific with more detail. I.e. is cost an issue, do you have a preferred starting locations etc?

Guessing I want Best value for $$$$ (as we all do)
if I could find a well priced (and SC earning one I would book J)
I have been doing quite a bit of eu and back travel, and ending up in berlin, so need to book my trip back to AU then back to go travel in December again

I've been booking DONE3's out of Japan/Korea for the last few years. When the oneworld booking tool works, it's all fine. When it doesn't however...
The first time the tool didn't work, I called the AA RTW desk and set up the ticket, then had an agent in Canada take payment and issue. Sadly, that won't work anymore with the removal of the Canadian Exemption from the xONEx rules.
Last year, I had a DONE3 booked via the tool, then needed to make routing changes. CX made the changes, and took the USD125+tax changes payment, via email.
I'm currently working on my next ticket. Tool stuffed, talking to CX Tokyo via email.
